One-to-one movement sessions

What is Movement?

It starts from simple sensations,
following impulse and pleasure -
opens into all the territories:
image, feeling, intuition, ideas...

Witnessing yourself,
in mutual witnessing with others,
you recognise the shapes and dynamics
of your self and your world -
your own forms of experience and expression,
what they mean to you,
how they can change -
and how they remain the same.

It is a devotional engagement
A gathering into wholeness
A counterpoint and harmony with others
Sometimes stillness
Sometimes flamboyant
Always a blossoming.
